Caritas Creek, a501(c)3 nonprofit organization in the State of California is managed by the CYO Camp and Caritas Creek Alumni Foundation Board. This newly titled board, re-established in 2023, represents the merging of the Caritas Creek board and the CYO Camp Alumni Advisory group. Together, we continue our shared goal to provide funding to families in need to afford to send their children to the environmental education and summer camp program experiences at CYO Camp, programs  that shape the lives of youth from all socio-economic backgrounds for decades.

The CYO Camp and Caritas Creek Alumni Foundation is a board comprised entirely of camp alumni volunteers. Every board member makes an annual donation. Administrative overhead is kept extremely low, and proceeds go directly towards sending children to Caritas Creek Environmental Education and CYO Summer Camp programs through tuition support called "camperships," helping youth from all socio-economic backgrounds access these transformative experiences. Occasionally the board may allocate funds (by vote) to fund needs that directly contribute a meaningful impact on the programs, curriculum and the camp staff that bring our mission to life.
